Malta For Adventure

Posted: 9th November 2016 10:11

The Maltese Islands were made for action packed holidays.  Intrepid explorers, dare devil stunt men in training and those who simply get off on hurtling themselves head first into adventure will find their thirst for action sated on these three, sun drenched islands.  The small size of these islands means that you won’t have to travel great distances if you want to try your hand at many different experiences – in Malta, you can spend the morning rock climbing, the afternoons diving to the depths of the ocean and the evenings chasing the sunset on a hired yacht.

Watersports fans needn’t look any further than Comino.   Water-ski, scuba diving, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking…the opportunities to enjoy the stunning beaches of this tiny island are endless.  The soaring mountains and vast plains of Gozo are the ideal playground for rock climbers and cyclists whilst hiking in Malta is an unrivalled experience – especially for hikers who uncover the spectacular views of the Dingli Cliffs.  But an adventure holiday doesn’t always have to mean exerting yourself – you can still enjoy thrilling activities, like shooting or archery, without working up a sweat.   And you don’t have to arrive an expert either –try something new, like paragliding or abseiling, for the ultimate adventure of a lifetime.
